Israeli emergency services were put on high alert due to the anticipated emergency landing of an American tanker aircraft at Ben Gurion Airport.

Before landing, the aircraft jettisoned fuel over the sea to minimize the risk of fire. As a result, at approximately 08:50, the plane successfully landed without incident.
