Russia will send the second batch of humanitarian aid to Iran, using the territory of Azerbaijan for this purpose. The total weight of the cargo will exceed 300 tons of medications.

The relevant information was provided by the Russian embassy in Baku. According to the statement from the diplomatic mission, the aid shipment from the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation will arrive at the “Absheron” railway station in Baku on March 26.

After that, the cargo will be transported by vehicles to its destination in Iran.
