According to the Israel Defense Forces, a high-profile commander of the elite “Radwan” unit of the terrorist organization Hezbollah was killed in an airstrike in southern Lebanon. It was specified that the incident occurred in the city of Majdal Selim.

As a result of the actions of the Israeli Air Force, Abu Khalil Barji, the commander of the special “Radwan” unit, was killed. Additionally, two more militants were eliminated in the strike.

The army press service added that throughout the night, IDF forces conducted a series of attacks on other Hezbollah infrastructure targets in southern Lebanon.
