A court has decided to publish the name of a well-known attorney from Netanya, Ilana Dvir, who was previously detained on suspicion of sexual violence. Dvir, who specializes in military litigation, also holds an official position in the Israeli Bar Association.

According to sources, the attorney is suspected of offering military personnel, including girls and young women, legal services in military courts and during interrogations in exchange for sexual relations with him.

The police have testimonies from dozens of victims. During the investigation, a consistent pattern of behavior was identified in the suspect, who targeted young girls and consistently sent them messages, creating an emotional and professional dependency on himself.

Dvir is suspected of sexual violence, sexual harassment, and sexual exploitation of his clients, who were in vulnerable economic and psychological situations while he represented them in legal proceedings. Some of the victims were incarcerated in military prison.
