The United States intends to first conclude its military operations against Iran, after which it will focus on developing a strategy regarding Cuba. At a meeting in the White House, the head of the administration noted:

“Marco, you are doing fantastically. And you are doing fantastically regarding a place called Cuba.”

Addressing Marco Rubio, who serves as Secretary of State and is also the National Security Advisor, the President emphasized the importance of the current situation in Cuba.

Trump expressed his views on Cuba, stating:

“What is happening with Cuba is astonishing.”

He added that the military campaign against Iran must be completed first.

“It’s just a matter of time – when you and many other incredible people will go [from the U.S.] back to Cuba. Let’s hope not to stay there. We want you to return,”

he continued, addressing Rubio, who has Cuban roots.

Additionally, Trump expressed confidence in positive developments in Venezuela:

“It has been stabilized.”

The President noted that the country has a wonderful president, elected – Delcy Rodriguez, who and her team “are doing fantastically, working with us.”

Trump also added:

“We are receiving [from Venezuela] hundreds of millions of barrels of oil, sending it to Houston [Texas] and other locations for processing. And we are sending them much more money than they have earned over the years.”

Recently, The Atlantic reported that the U.S. leadership is considering a military operation against Cuba, believing that similar actions regarding Venezuela and Iran yield desired results. According to the publication, the President and members of his administration are confident that “everything is going well and that things are going as they should.”
