On Wednesday night, the Israeli Air Force carried out a series of airstrikes on military facilities in Iran’s cities of Isfahan and Shiraz. This was reported by the Israeli Ministry of Defense. IDF spokesperson Effi Defrin noted that more than 20 targets were hit during the operation, including two sites in Isfahan where “Ghadir” ballistic missiles were stored. According to preliminary data from the Israeli military, several dozen both ballistic and cruise missiles were destroyed as a result of these strikes.
At 12:15, the Israeli Air Force launched a new wave of extensive attacks on targets in Tehran. The IDF press service stated that “the Israeli Air Force has begun intensive strikes against targets of the Iranian regime in the capital.”
At 10:07, the Israeli Air Force targeted numerous Iranian command centers and units tasked with internal security in Tehran. The IDF press service also noted that facilities related to the supply and logistics management of Iran’s ground forces, as well as launch sites and other military systems, were attacked.
